Your team spends half its week on work a system could just do.
Answering the same messages, chasing approvals, re-keying data between tools, replying to the inquiry that came in at 9pm. We find exactly where your hours and customers are going, then build the AI that handles it — and we show you the number before you spend a dollar on building anything.
Most owners have never put a number on this. Let's fix that.
How much is your business losing to work that could run itself?
Rough numbers are fine. This is the conversation we'd have on a call, just faster.

What we do
Most AI consulting hands you a slide deck. We hand you working software. We build the agents that pick up the 9pm call, answer the lunchtime DM, send the quote same-day, qualify the lead, book it on your calendar — and quietly handle the repeat admin behind all of it.
We design them, build them on top of how your business actually runs, and stay involved while they run. Something working in your stack in two weeks, not a roadmap in a drawer.
How it works
Not sure where AI even fits in your business? That's literally week one.
Who we work with
We work with small and mid-sized businesses where missed inquiries and manual work cost the most. Two we know cold — and a door for everyone else.
Luxury custom home builders
$1M+ projects. Houzz inquiries, web forms, and Instagram DMs piling up while you're on a site visit.
Pilots from $1,500.

HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors
5–25 trucks, family-owned or independent. Phone calls that go to voicemail at 9pm Sunday.
Pilots from $1,000.
See how this works →Run something else? If the calculator above lit up, the math probably works for you too. The call link is at the top — we'll tell you honestly whether what we do fits what you've got.
Run something else? The math usually still works. The call's free.
The numbers
Three numbers from one well-studied body of research on inbound lead behavior. They're the math Sandy Labs is built around.
Your numbers will look different. Week one of the pilot is establishing what they actually are.
What we can build
A sense of the shapes, not a fixed menu. We build whatever's eating the most of your week.
Front-desk agent
Calls, DMs, and web forms — answered and qualified the moment they come in, in your firm's voice, around the clock.
Quote & proposal agent
Same-day quotes drafted from your notes and your pricing, ready for you to send before the lead has cooled.
Follow-up agent
The persistent, polite chase you never have time for. No lead goes cold because nobody circled back.
Triage & routing agent
Every message read and sorted, the urgent ones surfaced to a human, the routine ones handled — so nothing important hides in the noise.
Admin agent
The repeat keying, the copy-paste between tools, the weekly report nobody wants to build. Gone, quietly, in the background.

Where do we start?
With a look, not a contract. Week one of the pilot maps how your business runs and puts a dollar figure on what's leaking, so you're deciding from your own numbers instead of a pitch.
Why pay for an audit if I already know what I want?
Often you're right — and then week one goes fast. But the thing eating the most money usually isn't the thing you walked in worried about. The audit either confirms your hunch or saves you from building the wrong thing first. Either way, the findings are yours to keep.
How fast can something go live?
Two weeks. Week one we measure, week two we build and ship the agents into your stack. Not a roadmap — something working you can watch do its job.
What does it cost?
Pilots are a flat fee, $1,000–$1,500 depending on scope. No subscription, no setup add-ons. After the pilot, if it's working, we move to a retainer priced as a share of what the system actually captures — so we get paid when you do.
How is this different from a chatbot or an off-the-shelf tool?
A chatbot answers FAQs. We build agents trained on how your business actually runs — your tone, your tools, your process — that do the work end to end: answer, qualify, quote, book, hand off. And we stay involved while they run, instead of shipping you a login and disappearing.
Do we need a technical person on our side?
No — that's the point of hiring us. The expertise you need is knowing how your business works, and that's already you. We handle the building.
Does it work with the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. We build on top of what you already run rather than asking you to switch. If something genuinely won't connect, we'll tell you in week one — before you've spent anything on building.
What if it doesn't work?
Then the flat fee was the only commitment, you keep the baseline data from week one, and we shake hands. We're new and building our first case studies — a number that doesn't hold up is no use to us either.
Why us, and why now
Sandy Labs is built for this work and only this work. We don't sell software; we build the agents, train them on your business, and stay involved while they run. You'll always know who's at the other end of the email. (Spoiler: not a salesperson.)
We're new. These first pilots are how we build the case studies we don't have yet, which is part of why pilots are priced the way they are. If the math works for you, we'd like to put your numbers in a future version of this page.
Tell us the one thing eating your week. We'll tell you what it's worth.
